The Apollo Inn is a council member of the British Institute of Innkeeping, and therefore encourage responsible drinking.

The Apollo Inn is a member of the local Pubwatch scheme, and therefore has a zero tolerance to any illegal activity, including the use and supply of drugs on the premises. All evidence or suspition of illegal activities will be passed and reported to the police and Pubwatch.

The management and their staff reserve the right to refuse entry or service, and to insist customers to leave if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, or they are considered drunk.

It is an offence for any adult to buy alcohol for, or supply alcohol to anyone under 18.

If you are lucky enough to look under 21 do not take offence when asked to prove you are over 18 when buying alcohol.

In accordance with UK law, The Apollo Inn only allows smoking in designated smoking areas, situated in the car park or garden.

Drinks cannot be take outside into the car park. If you wish to take your drink with you when smoking, please use the garden.

House Rules

In order that all customers enjoy their visit, we ask all visitors to observe the following house rules:

Customers are asked to refrain from swearing at the bar, and particularly within earshot of children and other customers.

Dress Code

The wearing of hats and hoods, unless required on medical or religous grounds, cannot be worn inside the pub.

Exposed midrifts and the wearing of bikini tops and muscle vests are only permitted in the garden.

Children

Children must be supervised at all times, and must not disturb other customers.

Children must leave the premises no later than 9pm.

Dogs

Dogs ARE permitted in the pub, but only in certain areas, as long as they are well behaved and kept under control. NO Yapping!!

It is the responsibility of the owner to clean up all fouling.
